Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a unique style with carefully furnished rooms in a dark industrial chic theme. The staff provides efficient service, and the location is ideal for exploring the nearby area, though it can be noisy. The dining experience offers a special touch with butler service. Overall, a stylish hotel with some noise concerns.
The hotel has a unique 'dark industrial chic' style in the rooms with skull-shaped lamps, black and red tones, and twilight illumination. The central reception/restaurant area is well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea/kettle, clothes steamer, hairdryer, beautiful robe, and slippers. However, the hotel tried to charge an unexpected 'resort fee' at check-in, alongside the credit card deposit, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are incredibly cozy and cool, but sometimes the bed would shake intermittently for no reason. The service was top-notch, with the most helpful staff I've encountered. The location is very practical right in the center of London, but it can get extremely loud. The dining experience was unique and brought right to my room. Overall, a great experience with some minor issues to consider.
